Job Description

For the office or department to run effectively and efficiently, the General Virtual Assistant provides crucial administrative support. They contribute to the overall effectiveness of the business and help manage daily duties.

The General Virtual Assistant is responsible for a wide range of tasks including managing emails, schedules, databases, customer service, and social media; organizing files; performing administrative duties such as transcriptions, report creation, and research; handling basic graphic design and visual tasks; and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational tasks to support the business effectively.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have at least 3-6 months work-related experience.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Able to take the initiative
  • Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle email filtering, customer service enquiries, appointment setting, and calendar management.
  • Organize files in Dropbox, G Suite, Google Drive, manage CRM, and perform data entry and spreadsheet tasks.
  • Transcribe audio and video, create reports, conduct online research, lead generation, and manage training materials.
  • Post and schedule updates on Facebook and LinkedIn, engage with group members, and approve new members.
  • Edit and proofread emails, manage email campaigns, and send reminders and newsletters.
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Respond to customer queries, manage feedback and complaints, and follow up on failed payments.
  • Provide daily summaries, end-of-week reports, and attend team meetings for note-taking and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and manage live events, member check-ins, and personal errands like purchasing gifts and making bookings.
  • Plan and execute launches, manage partnerships, update websites, and research new tools and suppliers.
