Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and file management.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research on various topics as required, learn new skills, and create systems to improve productivity for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and promptly.
  • Provide assistance in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize online storage (Google Drive) and Google Sites, integrating Asana for project management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies to streamline work processes.
