As a General Virtual Assistant at Sikono, you will play a key support role in the daily operations of a growing digital communications business. Sikono is an Australian company run remotely from Malaysia, focused on SEO, digital strategy, and web-based content for small to medium-sized businesses.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structure, tone, and SEO-friendly formatting in content.
  • Basic understanding of website platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp is helpful but not required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Creating, formatting, and uploading written content (e.g. blogs, service pages, articles).
  • Assisting with basic website updates and management tasks (primarily on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
  • Following up on assigned content and SEO tasks using internal project management tools.
  • Managing your own task list and timelines.
  • Communicating regularly with the team to provide updates, flag issues, and collaborate on work.
