Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Initiative-taking, fast learner, and tech-savvy.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant/ Executive Assistant is highly regarded
  • Experience with Asana, Xero and Microsoft suite applications
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage email accounts, including filtering, responding, and organizing.
  • Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate calendars.
  • Provide customer service support through email and other channels.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and document organization.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle personal errands or online purchases as requested.
  • Maintain and update databases and contact lists.
  • Manage virtual office tools and platforms, such as Asana and Google Drive.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and documents.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including reconciling bank statements and processing invoices.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders.
