Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to training and professional development.
  • Junior to intermediate level experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing commercial credit discussion papers and finance application documents.
  • Communicate and follow up with clients, bankers, accountants, and other stakeholders to gather financial information.
  • Manage data and file organization using online storage platforms.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to processes to eventually work independently over time.
