We are seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant primarily focused on social media management and website tech support to join our team. This role is pivotal in guiding both our internal team and clients through technical solutions, contributing innovative ideas, and providing strategic leadership across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to manage social media, provide website support, assist with email marketing, and offer basic SEO and domain management support.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management
- Basic WordPress knowledge, including CSS.
- Basic understanding of domain management, DNS settings, and website hosting.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with tools for Social Media Management (SkedSocial), content management (WordPress with Elementor and JetEngine), and CRM (Mailchimp) is highly ideal.
- Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided for the tools and methodologies we use.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and designers to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for purpose-driven brands.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and actively engage with followers.
- Analyze metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness, providing advice and guidance on enhancing brand engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.
- Provide basic support and maintenance for WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
- Conduct research and testing to optimize website functionality and user experience.
- Implement small-scale changes and improvements, including content management tasks such as updating text and images.
- Set up templates in Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Configure basic automations.
- Monitor and report on email marketing performance, suggesting improvements.
- Provide basic SEO support to enhance website visibility.

- Migrate websites and set up new website projects.
- Conduct website go-live reviews and follow checklists.
- Set up integrations (e.g., reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign).
- Make adjustments to websites (e.g., responsive image sizes) and handle domain registrations, migrations, and renewals.
- Perform plugin updates, redirect setups, and client support tasks (e.g., form issues, DNS changes).
- Conduct keyword research and make copy adjustments using tools like ChatGPT.
- Optimize page metadata and monitor SEO performance.
