Job Description
We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant who has mortgage broking/banking or accounting office experience. An applicant must be proficient in spoken and written English and have strong communication skills. He or she must also be organized and competent to manage several duties simultaneously. A successful candidate must be a positive proactive person and will be responsible for managing emails, helping with administrative tasks, assisting with social media management, and coordinating projects.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Having an experience or background in mortgage broking/banking or accounting office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inbox management, order tracking and communications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of using Google Chrome, Drive, Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat Editor
- Keen attention to details
- Accuracy of data entry and attention to detail
- Experience handling social media is a plus
- Proactive, fast learner and professional
- Excellent engagement with people or client relations
- Has the ability to use multiple tasks and can adapt easily to new technologies
- Good with tech, can handle multiple apps at once, and picks up new software fast
Job Responsibilities
- In charge of filing documents received into Google Drive
- Responsible updating the database with new client details
- Updating client details assets/liabilities as the documents come in from the client
- Doing social media posting using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Assigned in data entry for loan applications and communicate with members via email or Skype
