Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Clear and competent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with most of the tools mentioned in the job description (training will be provided as needed).
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM, Shopify, Ebay, Amazon, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Meta Ads.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data management.
- Creative flair for designing engaging campaign materials and banners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and providing strategic insights.
- A varied skill set matching the responsibilities outlined.

- Creativity and innovation in designing marketing materials and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate customer data and streamlined communication.
- Oversee Shopify store operations, ensuring smooth transactions and up-to-date product listings.
- Handle Ebay and Amazon listing management, optimizing for visibility and sales.
- Maintain and update WordPress sites, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with our audience, and grow our online presence.
- Create eye-catching designs using Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for various marketing materials.
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, to drive traffic and sales.
- Perform advanced formulations and manage data efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze reports, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Manage Google My Business listings and updates to enhance local SEO.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
