Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Clear and competent spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with most of the tools mentioned in the job description (training will be provided as needed).
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM, Shopify, Ebay, Amazon, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Meta Ads.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data management.
  • Creative flair for designing engaging campaign materials and banners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research.
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports and providing strategic insights.
  • A varied skill set matching the responsibilities outlined.
  • A proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
  • Creativity and innovation in designing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Mid-level experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate customer data and streamlined communication.
  • Oversee Shopify store operations, ensuring smooth transactions and up-to-date product listings.
  • Handle Ebay and Amazon listing management, optimizing for visibility and sales.
  • Maintain and update WordPress sites, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Utilize Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Manage social media accounts, engage with our audience, and grow our online presence.
  • Create eye-catching designs using Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for various marketing materials.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Perform advanced formulations and manage data efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Manage Google My Business listings and updates to enhance local SEO.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
