Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience with Excel data entry (basic functions like VLOOKUP).
- Experience using an ERP system or have worked in a retail environment (preferred but not required).
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic office/IT issues.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry using Excel, including basic functions like VLOOKUP.
- Assist with tasks inside ERP systems (training provided).
- Provide basic IT/office troubleshooting (e.g., setting up printers, resolving internet connectivity issues, etc.)
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the team with general admin tasks as required.
