Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in customer support, client service, or community management.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- An interest in automation or basic familiarity with Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to edit simple short-form videos (or willingness to learn).
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and common online platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in an on-site
environment. - Friendly, empathetic, and professional in all member interactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Member Concierge & Customer Support:
● Act as the first point of contact for members via email, chat, and phone with timely and professional responses.
● Resolve inquiries using a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
● Support new member onboarding by setting them up in the system and booking their Fast Start Call.
● Track member attendance and program utilisation.
● Maintain CRM records, including updates to notes, interactions, tasks, and feedback.
● Assist with internal and external communications, announcements, updates, and reminders.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure member needs are met quickly and effectively. - Marketing & Content Support:
● Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok)
● Maintain a monthly and quarterly content calendar.
● Create, edit, and schedule content one month in advance.
● Edit and produce short-form videos (e.g., reels) from Dean’s workshops and recorded content.
● Repurpose transcripts and long-form content into platform-specific posts.
● Use AI tools for captions, content ideas, and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy and on-brand quality.
● Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond or escalate as needed.
● Manage and maintain an organised asset library in Google Drive.
● Prepare monthly performance reports for social platforms. - Data Management:
● Segment and manipulate CRM data for specific marketing and member engagement tasks.
● Ensure the effective and strategic use of available data across campaigns and operations. - Email Marketing:
● Write clear, engaging, and on-brand email copy for announcements, promotions, events, and community updates.
● Create and schedule email campaigns supporting sales events, workshops, and member gatherings. - Systems Creation:
● Identify repeatable tasks and document them into clear, scalable processes.
● Build workflows and store them in 1Brain.
● Recommend automation tools and templates to improve efficiency.
