Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contact information.
- Manage files and documents using platforms such as Dropbox, ensuring easy access and organization.
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel, including entering data, organizing information, and generating reports.
- Update pricing and product information using retail programs such as Retail Express, ensuring synchronization with our website.
- Research competitor pricing online and update product data accordingly, helping to inform our pricing strategy.
- Document internal processes and procedures, creating flowcharts to illustrate systems and workflows.
- Assist with posting and scheduling content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
- Utilize tools like Canva to resize, crop, and create simple designs for images used in social media and on the website, following instructions from management.
