Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Proficiency in setting up Zoom meetings and managing Google Calendar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, including filtering spam and prioritizing communications.
- Provide diary management and calendar support, including appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and resources for easy access and efficiency.
- Assist in planning and coordinating webinars, workshops, and other events.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support website updates and maintenance as needed.
- Organize and manage file storage systems (Google Drive).
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate contact records.
- Assist in developing and maintaining business systems and procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Academy members, providing professional and friendly support via email.
- Maintain accurate membership records and update databases regularly.
- Assist members with account setup, login assistance, and profile updates.
- Respond to membership inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather and analyze member feedback to enhance the membership experience.
- Support the organization of virtual events, webinars, and networking sessions to foster engagement.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team’s operations.
