This role is crucial in freeing up the founder’s time and ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, installation teams, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative roles within trade, construction, or a similar project-based industry.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Fluent in English (must be capable of handling email communication and, eventually, phone calls).
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented (ability to manage multiple projects and tasks without missing deadlines).
- Strong Time Management Skills (capable of prioritizing workload efficiently).
- Previous Admin Experience in Trade/Construction/Solar (Preferred) (handling job paperwork, scheduling, and application submissions).
- Tech-Savvy (comfortable using CRMs, industry-specific apps, and digital tools—training will be provided).
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented (can identify and resolve issues independently).
Job Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Track signed agreements and schedule installations between customers and install teams.
- Paperwork & Document Management: Ensure all job-related documents are filed correctly in the designated app.
- Application Processing: Submit necessary applications to energy companies, government rebate programs, and meter change requests with energy providers.
- Stock & Logistics Management: Coordinate with warehouses to order stock and arrange timely delivery to installation sites.
- Post-Installation Administration: Verify completed installations, file compliance documents, and process rebate submissions.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with customers to enhance their experience and ensure smooth project completion.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Over time, take responsibility for managing the founder’s email, organizing key inquiries, and streamlining communication.
