Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Mid to Senior Work Experience
- Proficient in WordPress for website publishing, Kit/ConvertKit for email marketing, Microsoft Word, and Canva.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
- Design graphics and creative materials for social media postings.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and social media scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new software tools and shows initiative to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Do low-level tasks: Filling out subscription forms, interpretation of some pictures or images, and other tasks related to that.
- Do high-level tasks: Manage/work on 3 websites, must be knowledgeable in WordPress, create a blog post from a text file, and make presentations through Microsoft Suite Software.
- Use of Canva to create graphics, logos, and other marketing materials.
- Use of Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to create email marketing campaigns and automated email sequences.
- Manage inbox and calendar management and assistance.
- Use of various AI tools and platforms to create documents, graphics, etc.
- Extensive use of WordPress to create website posts and pages (involves a thorough knowledge of publishing with WordPress and the use of Elementor Pro and the Astra Pro theme and many assorted plugins).
- Experienced with formatting and presentation, layout, proofreading, and publishing of work on WordPress, Microsoft Word, and a limited amount of Google Docs.
- Assistance with using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet (only rarely for Meet).
- Assistance with filling out inaccessible web forms, creation of accounts, etc.
- Social media management for business, creation of social media posts, scheduling with software tools, updating of profiles, etc.
- Assistance with the publishing of Kindle ebooks.
- Assistance with copywriting and online content creation – I use AI myself to assist with this process.
- Customer support and customer service – use of online helpdesk and email to support customers.
- Updating/editing/creation of Google Business Profile; Bing business profile, and Apple business profile.
- Conducting outreach and follow-up to seek out guest post opportunities, podcast guest appearances, media interview opportunities.
