Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong proficiency of the English language (verbal)
- Worked in customer service for an English speaking client before, to have conversational messages with customers and team members.
- At least two years performing Virtual Assistant customer service duties
- Experience and comfort dealing with the public.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Some experience & working knowledge of the back end of Instagram & Facebook.
- Some MailChimp (or similar email platform) experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks as instructed by the customer service manager
- Engage directly with clients and employees via our Google Voice phone number.
- Placing calls to customers to check in about their experience.
- Creating e-mails and social posts in MailChimp.
- Engage in weekly virtual and video-meeting contact to coordinate work.
- Finding, preparing, and organizing electronic communications (emails, texts, documents).
- Being proactive to learn our sports management software.
- Online research (non-academic) and data entry.
- Provide an end-of-day report on work completed on weekdays.
- Demonstrate capacity to operate the computer software effectively.
- Capacity to ASK for assistance when stuck, not burn time unnecessarily.
- Offer suggestions to improve work processes over time.
