We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and database management. This role will play an important part in keeping our operations organized and efficient.
The General Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties, with a focus on database management, data entry, and other support tasks. While prior experience in a similar role is highly valued, we are also open to candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- At least 1–3-years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools.
- Experience with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and database management.
- Maintain and update company records, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and calendar coordination.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Organize digital files and ensure information is easy to access.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations.
