Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with declined or failed payments.
- Clearly explain the payment issue and assist in resolving it professionally and efficiently.
- Re-confirm customer interest in ongoing prize draws and ensure they remain eligible.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional entries, packages, or promotional offers.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a focus on sales and recovery.
- Record accurate call outcomes, payment attempts, and customer interactions in the system.
- Handle objections with confidence and turn hesitant customers into happy participants.
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics related to payment recovery and upselling.
