We are looking for a female Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executives by managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks. This role also involves providing support to the sales team and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Familiarity with MYOB software for quotations and experience in social media management are preferred. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, willing to be trained, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiar with the MYOB tool for quotation tasks.
- With a social media management background.
- Great attitude, willing to be trained, open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and must have close to excellent communication skills.
- Experience supporting Australian businesses is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage professional and personal scheduling, including calendars, emails, phone calls, and client communications.
- Email & Communication Management: Screen, organize, and respond to emails; manage internal and external communication on behalf of executives.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; handle rescheduling and cancellations efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases; ensure accurate data entry.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Sales team Support: Following up quotations, orders process, delivery status, chasing up invoices.
- Liaison Role: Collaborating with sales representatives, warehouse staff, clients, suppliers, and courier companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, Product data sheets and meeting minutes.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends to support decision-making.
- Contact Management: Organizing and segmenting contacts in a database or CRM, ensuring easy access to important connections.
