We’re seeking an Executive Ninja, also known as an Executive Assistant, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our CEO, Morgan Nelson, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities, both personal and professional. As an Executive Ninja, you’ll be the gatekeeper to the CEO, managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms, Google Calendar, and Calendly; familiarity with Slack, Asana, and podcast management tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Mac usage is required; experience with PC systems is a plus.
- Full-time availability, with flexibility for occasional weekend work and on-call availability for personal bookings.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing their schedule, appointments, and communications.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, event bookings, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO’s personal and professional diary, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.
- Assist in the organization and execution of team meetings, events, and special projects.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, integrating personal and professional responsibilities seamlessly.
- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining control of all business operations and administration.
- Contribute to event management, planning, and coordination with external vendors.
- Utilize tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, Slack, and Asana to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in simple graphic and template design tasks as required.
