Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising strategies, particularly on platforms like Meta and Amazon, with an ability to expand into Google and TikTok.
- Proven experience in project management, client services, and operations, with the ability to manage complex fulfillment processes and optimize workflows effectively.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills for clear and positive interactions with both clients and internal teams.
- A deep commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and that the team operates smoothly to meet company and client goals.
- Proficiency with tools like ClickUp for task management, Google Sheets for campaign tracking, and Google Docs for maintaining SOPs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- The ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to align tasks with the company’s mission and operational goals.
- A proactive approach to tracking campaign performance, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and client growth.
- Familiarity with standard marketing technologies (such as Zapier, Facebook Ads Manager, and other funnel and CRM software).
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is consistent through Slack, email, and messenger.
- Maintain smooth operations from project initiation to completion, addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Continuously evaluate client KPIs and track advertising performance on Meta and Amazon using Google Sheets.
- Identify areas for optimization and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize ClickUp to efficiently manage task delegation, ensuring the workload is properly distributed across the team and deadlines are consistently met.
- Regularly maintain and update SOPs in Google Docs, optimizing processes for smoother campaign execution.
- Submit weekly performance reports to clients, offering strategic recommendations based on campaign results.
- Make necessary adjustments to resources or strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO during strategic planning sessions to ensure that all projects and tasks align with the company’s broader goals.
- Assist in preparing for future expansions into Google and TikTok ad platforms by refining current processes and supporting growth initiatives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to process improvements that drive both client and company growth.
- Oversee task assignments and deadlines in ClickUp, monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox, ensure smooth daily operations and track advertising performance using Google Sheets.
- Update clients and the internal team on campaign progress via Google Meet and provide clients with weekly reports and recommendations.
- Review advertising budgets and provide comprehensive reports to clients. Schedule and align strategies with client goals.
- Present key performance data during quarterly review meetings and update standard operating procedures based on team feedback.
- Assess overall client satisfaction, success, and collaborate with the CEO on future expansion strategies.
