As the Executive Assistant to the Operations Manager and Sales Support Administrator at Shimmer Glass and Pressure Cleaning, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and sales teams. Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone call handling, email management, and sales and operations administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for interacting with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Reliable and able to work from home with minimal supervision.
- Honest, trustworthy, patient, and culturally sensitive.
- Experience with CRM software and scheduling tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Operations Manager, managing communications, schedules, and project coordination.
- Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, efficiently handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels.
- Organize and manage the company’s primary email inbox, prioritizing and directing emails as needed.
- Manage sales leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt and thorough responses via phone, email, and SMS.
- Coordinate scheduling for residential cleaning assignments throughout Sydney, maximizing booking capacity and ensuring full occupancy.
- Prepare and post end-of-month sales and operations reports, and daily budget updates.
- Monitor technicians’ check-ins and check-outs for each job, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to sales and operations.
