Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite tools for basic graphic design.
- Basic video editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
- CRM management experience, preferably with ActiveCampaign.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of email marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasive and creative copywriting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work in the Australian time zone and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage Karl’s Gmail inbox: Organise, prioritise, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Schedule and manage appointments for Karl, ensuring seamless time management.
- Communicate with Karl primarily via WhatsApp for daily tasks and updates.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.
- Respond to emails as required and flag emails that require direct response.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Write engaging copy for Google Business Profile posts, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the aid of chatGPT
- Develop graphics and visuals using Canva.
- Edit short videos for social media platforms using Canva or CapCut.
- Strategise and execute content calendars, ensuring brand alignment and high engagement.
- Event & Live Management:
- Coordinate and manage Karl’s Facebook Live sessions every Tuesday, ensuring smooth execution.
- CRM & Email Marketing:
- Oversee the CRM (ActiveCampaign) to nurture leads, manage campaigns, and automate workflows.
- Write and design email newsletters, marketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Conduct podcast outreach to secure guest appearances for Karl.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
- Contribute to lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Project & Task Management:
- Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Support Karl with miscellaneous tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
