Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Recent graduates or first-time virtual assistants are welcome to apply.
- Full training on all company platforms will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Interest or experience in any style of event planning and/or project management.
- Interest or experience in website content management.
- Interest or experience in graphic design (Canva or similar ).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) / Google Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Event Tech Support: Set up and manage event platforms like Cvent; ensure content accuracy and provide technical assistance.
- Supplier Coordination: Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier documentation.
- Speaker & Sponsor Management: Communicate with and support speakers and sponsors; coordinate logistics and deliverables.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel and accommodation for event participants; manage itineraries and budgets.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, document minutes, and maintain event records.
- Design & Content Management: Create and update event assets (e.g., graphics, websites) in line with branding guidelines.
- CRM & Reports: Use CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) to manage project plans, reports, and helpdesk inquiries.
- Post-Event Reporting: Compile feedback and metrics to evaluate event performance and recommend improvements.
