This role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for managing and improving our Meta advertising campaigns, maintaining our Shopify store, and supporting ongoing marketing tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads (this is essential).
- Experience using Shopify.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Someone reliable, proactive, and easy to work with.
Job Responsibilities
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
• Create, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions). - Shopify Product Management:
• Upload new products and collections.
• Optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO).
• Ensure images, pricing, and product data are accurate.
• Improve product page performance and user experience. - Market Research:
• Competitor research (pricing, ads, positioning).
• Identify trends and opportunities in the market.
• Support campaign and product strategy with insights. - Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):
• Google Ads experience (campaign setup, optimisation, reporting).
• Google Merchant Centre experience (product feeds, approvals, troubleshooting).
• Video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe).
• Experience creating ad creatives.
• Social media management (posting, scheduling, basic content planning).
• Understanding of eCommerce marketing funnels.
