E-commerce & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a capable, detail-driven E-commerce & Marketing Operations Coordinator to serve as a hands-on executor for our digital operations. This role focuses on the execution of marketing activities, Shopify storefront maintenance, and managing Tier 2 customer service. You will work within clearly defined systems and tools to keep our e-commerce engine running smoothly. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy or leadership position, reporting directly to the Head of Digital.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Gorgias (or a similar CX platform).
  • Social Media: Experience scheduling and managing content across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Industry Background: Proven experience in B2C e-commerce; wholesale exposure is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written English skills with the ability to draft commercial email copy.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to conduct thorough QA checks.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and asynchronously within defined guardrails and policies.
Job Responsibilities
  • Marketing Execution: Draft email copy for campaigns/flows in Klaviyo based on briefs; schedule and publish social content; conduct quality checks on all outgoing assets.
  • Shopify Store Management: Upload and update products (SKUs, pricing, descriptions); manage collections and tags; monitor stock visibility and maintain general store hygiene.
  • Tier 2 Customer Service: Handle escalated tickets in Gorgias using documented policy frameworks for refunds, replacements, and investigations.
  • Cross-Platform Coordination: Trace issues end-to-end across Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta to ensure operational flow and resolve friction points.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic performance summaries regarding campaign engagement and revenue attribution.
  • Issue Triage: Log recurring product or delivery faults and escalate matters that fall outside of defined decision authority.
