Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in document control, project administration, or QA (construction, engineering, or fire industry preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD drawing submissions and handling revisions.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, organise, and maintain project documentation, including ITPs, ITCs, QA records, certificates, reports, and photo submissions.
- Prepare and issue QA documentation packages for client submission (progress claims, installation records, and compliance reporting).
- Track, log, and control all incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and verify required records.
- Ensure all documentation and drawings meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle AutoCAD drawing submissions, revisions, and version control.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding submissions and document control status.
- Support audits by maintaining a structured and up-to-date document management system.
