Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media channels.
  • Ensure platforms are up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally.
  • Coordinate with IT and web development teams for updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Develop, curate, and manage content across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Conduct regular audits and user testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to enhance usability, navigation, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to inform future enhancements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance and user engagement.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve digital platform effectiveness.
  • Manage digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
