- Develop and execute the global content strategy
- Create engaging short-form content across various platforms including social media posts, podcast descriptions, email campaigns, landing pages, adverts, and press releases.
- Take ownership of all social media channels, including content production, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Assist in the development and growth of our Bx Podcast by contributing content and strategic insights.
- Collaborate with designers and external partners by providing clear briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives.
- Actively seek feedback from team members to enhance content quality and design skills.
- Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility within the team.
- Stay updated with social media trends and industry best practices to refine skills and strategies.
