Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in common marketing tools (e.g., Google Suite, Canva)
- Experience with social media marketing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Experience with email marketing (a plus)
- Experience with A/B testing on Meta, Google & TikTok (a plus)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing materials, such as banners, infographics, and digital ads.
- Contribute to the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
- Help coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
