Collaborating with our dynamic team, you will leverage data analytics to refine marketing strategies, manage our social media presence, and work closely with content creators to ensure our brand messaging is consistent and engaging. Your efforts will significantly contribute to our mission of empowering business owners by enhancing their digital footprint and engagement. Help in execution of campaigns- set up and running smoothly.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media management, and digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google
  • Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools such as Metricool.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Ontraport, with the ability to set up and automate email campaigns.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced company where tasks and responsibilities may shift rapidly; flexibility and adaptability are key.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Job Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, incorporating content marketing, social media, and email marketing to achieve Bx’s business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse digital data to draw key recommendations for campaign improvement, optimising strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Strong project management skills to effectively help create, execute, and track marketing campaigns. Ensure project tasks are executed and reviewed within scope.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee Bx’s brand presence across social platforms, implementing strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Multimedia Specialist to grow our presence on TikTok, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
  • SEO and Paid Campaigns: Ensure Bx’s website remains SEO-friendly while managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns to maximise returns.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Writer to produce relevant and captivating content for articles, social media, and web platforms.
  • PR Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Writer & PR Coordinator to enhance Bx’s public relations presence, crafting a strong brand image.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  • Team Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to the marketing team, helping them achieve their targets and KPIs.
