Job Description
As Digital Marketing Assistant, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with our Digital Marketing Executive and Creative team to assist primarily in the scheduling of social media assets and publishing of content for our clients. You will also learn how to optimise social media pages, how to track ad spend and how to manage daily engagement to get results.
Setting up and scheduling email marketing campaigns and WordPress content publishing will form part of your regular duties. You will play a critical role in supporting the workload of our implementation team and creating a seamless experience for our team and Marketing Managers who liaise directly with our clients.
Additionally, you will receive a curriculum of digital marketing education courses, which you will be required to complete during the first 6 months of your apprenticeship. To pass your apprenticeship, you will be required to create a presentation and present to the whole team on what you have learnt from each training course and during your apprenticeship.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Degree qualified in marketing or a similar discipline.
- Experience: Previous experience or recognized qualifications in marketing.
- Compliance: A Police Clearance Certificate is essential.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Technical: Highly capable with technology; experience with Canva, Outlook, Google Drive, Trello, or Slack is an advantage.
- Creative: A natural flair for design (fonts, colors, branding).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a conscientious work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management & Engagement:
• Manage daily interactions, account follows/unfollows, and influencer outreach.
• Research hashtags and track trends.
• Respond to user comments and DMs in alignment with client brands. - Ad Tracking & Reporting:
• Track and report daily results for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad campaigns.
• Monitor daily expenditure against assigned client budgets.
• Provide weekly spend reports. - Content Publishing & SEO Support:
• Set up and publish blog posts to WordPress or Wix.
• Conduct SEO audits and optimize client blogs for search engines.
• Schedule monthly social media plans for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Email Marketing:
• Design, test, and schedule email campaigns using MailChimp or Mailer Lite.
• Set up an automated email nurture series.
