Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush etc.
- Proficiency with Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Microsoft Teams and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends.
- Manage multiple content calendars and project deadlines, prioritising tasks and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- General graphic design skills (Canva).
- General video editing skills (Capcut etc).
- Must have a can-do attitude to be able to meet deadlines set by client.
- Experience in the B2B marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
● Create and produce an engaging social media content plan and strategy across all social media platforms in line with brand tone of voice and objectives.
● Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels.
● Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build
community.
● Track performance and optimise based on insights.
● Bring your own design skills and creative ideas and also work with provided assets, to keep content fresh and visually engaging. - Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
● Conduct in depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for SEO growth.
● Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
● Monitor and analyse SEO performance, providing regular reports and insights.
● Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics/Search Console and keyword ranking tools.
● Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes,
proactively adapting strategies as needed. - Google Ads Management:
● Plan, create, manage, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including:
1.1. Search
1.2. Display
1.3. YouTube
1.4. Google Shopping / Performance Max
● Optimise campaigns based on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
● Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
● Monitor ad spend, and maximise ROI.
● Write compelling ad copy and test creatives.
● Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
