Job Description
The Designs & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing lead workflows, coordinating client onboarding, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team. A critical part of this role is the ability to confidently speak with clients over the phone to book leads into appointments and conduct onboarding sessions via Zoom.
This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of automated marketing systems, and the ability to create compelling visual content when needed.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/automation platforms is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone and Zoom.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Canva or graphic design tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads or digital marketing processes is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Go High Level CRM Management:
● Set up, customize, and manage Go High Level CRM accounts.
● Create and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and engagement.
● Manage pipeline stages and ensure leads are progressing smoothly through the sales funnel. - Meta Ad Workflow Creation:
● Design and implement automated workflows to handle leads generated from international Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
● Integrate lead forms with Go High Level for seamless lead capture and follow-up.
● Monitor and adjust workflows to maximize lead conversion rates. - Graphic Design (Canva):
● Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
● Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Collaborate with the team to produce creative assets for digital marketing for new business outreach. - Administrative Support:
● Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
● Provide regular updates on campaign performance and workflow improvements.
