You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of insurance documentation—from initial quotation to policy extensions—while ensuring that our CRM data remains flawless.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, possesses a “self-starter” mentality, and enjoys the rhythmic nature of document-heavy workflows without compromising on quality.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Meticulous and enjoys working with documents.
  • Able to work well in a fast pace environment with little supervision.
  • Enjoy communicating with people.
  • Candidate who able to start within short notice period will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or payroll is an advantage.
  • Experience in BPO.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotations.
  • Ensure accuracy of insurance submission.
  • Follow up on policy extension and endorsement.
  • Accurately input information into CRM system.
  • Other administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
