Mortgage Achievers is a small Mortgage Broking business based in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in providing home loan solutions to clients. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team from the Philippines.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, data processing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of debt reduction strategies.
  • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools and software.
  • Strong statistical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
  • Data Extraction: Extracting relevant data from the Mortgage Achievers Pty Ltd database.
  • Data Analysis: Applying statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze the extracted data.
  • Client Retention: Utilizing data insights to develop strategies for improving client retention.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying opportunities for lead generation based on data analysis.
  • Growth: Assisting in the development of growth strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Targeted Marketing: Designing and maintaining targeted marketing programs, including but not limited to:
  • Reporting: Creating regular reports and dashboards to present key findings and insights to the management team.
