Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools for design, with experience in graphic design software preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of best practices in marketing and communications, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities
  • Clients Enrollments for Sports Events: Facilitate the enrollment process for clients interested in participating in sports events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from registration to event participation.
  • Booking Venues: Coordinate with venues to secure appropriate locations for sports events, negotiating terms and ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Design of Flyers and Other Marketing Materials: Utilize marketing tools to create visually appealing flyers and other promotional materials to attract clients and promote upcoming events.
  • Facebook/Instagram Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Phone Calls: Communicate with clients via phone calls to provide information, address inquiries, and offer support throughout the enrollment and event process.
  • Organizing Social Events: Plan and organize social events to foster client engagement and community building, leveraging opportunities to promote company services and offerings.
  • Communications with Clients: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, texts, emails, and social media channels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions promptly.
