Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
- Virtual Assistant experience
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and technology in general
- Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience with Hubspot
- Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience in the finance industry, particularly banking or accounting
- GREAT time management skills
- EXCELLENT attention to detail
- Able to take initiative
- Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled tasks related to a client’s home loan, such as checking loan balances, transferring funds, contacting clients
- Respond to general customer service requests via email or chat
- Update cash flow forecast spreadsheets
- Review client accounts
