As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our Customer Service team by managing clients’ home loan accounts and responding to inquiries via email and chat. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive seamless and efficient support, enhancing their overall experience.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Virtual Assistant experience
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and technology in general
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience with Hubspot
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience in the finance industry, particularly banking or accounting
  • GREAT time management skills
  • EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative
  • Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
  • Complete scheduled tasks related to a client’s home loan, such as checking loan balances, transferring funds, contacting clients
  • Respond to general customer service requests via email or chat
  • Update cash flow forecast spreadsheets
  • Review client accounts
