- Demonstrated experience in the sports performance, wellness, or exercise science industry (preferred).
- Comfortable engaging and building rapport with B2B clients such as physical therapists, chiropractors, and bike fitters.
- Understanding of the sports industry, particularly in foot biomechanics.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer feedback, resolving complaints where required in a timely manner.
- Maintain all appropriate administration and apply all relevant processes, policies, and procedures.
- Process retail sales from the website by checking accuracy and shipping via the fulfillment centre portal.
- Watch 1 video from the internal marketing series daily.
- Be able to adjust or create email marketing templates through Klayvio.
- Maintain customer/client database in CRM.
- Process b2b orders through Xero and fulfillment centre portal.
- Build rapport with b2b customers in the assigned region.
- Actively pursue b2b business in the assigned region.
- Contribute proactively to ongoing business process improvement.
