Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Virtual Assistant or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva for creating compelling digital graphics.
  • Familiarity with data reporting and analysis techniques.
  • Comfortable using various software tools and a willingness to adapt to new platforms as required.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with team members and clients, with a readiness to learn new skills and carry out tasks as needed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage email correspondence and engage with both team members and community members.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms, coupled with the ability to schedule posts and engage effectively with online communities.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in data reporting and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
  • Craft eye-catching digital graphics for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate in the creation and distribution of engaging weekly newsletters to our valued subscribers.
  • Compile and generate comprehensive reports, utilizing various data sources to track performance.
  • Manage and schedule posts while actively monitoring engagement.
  • Interact with our online community, responding to comments and fostering positive engagement.
  • Efficiently organize and manage email correspondence, prioritizing important messages and ensuring timely responses.
  • Keep the inbox well-organized, filter spam, and ensure essential messages are promptly addressed.
  • Maintain and update our events calendar, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.
  • Play a vital role in coordinating and assisting with the management of online events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Skillfully manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines to streamline operations.
