Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications,
- Marketing, Creative Writing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the areas of dating, relationships, or lifestyle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for storytelling and a passion for helping individuals find meaningful connections.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and SEO Manager to develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for online platforms, including articles, blog posts, e-books, videos, and promotional materials.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance content visibility and reach.
- Craft engaging stories and content that resonate with our target audience, adapting tone and format as necessary.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with broader marketing objectives.
- Conduct content audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on content production and performance across all media channels.
