Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate on planning the podcast schedule and coordinating guest invitations.
- Distribute episodes via hosting platforms, websites, and YouTube.
- Create quality articles for the website using human-assisted AI.
- Extract and distribute video/text snippets for short-form content across channels.
- Assist with planning and conducting keyword research for weekly video content.
- Design engaging thumbnails for YouTube.
- Craft compelling titles and descriptions.
- Post videos to YouTube.
- Post a daily short-form video across all social media channels.
- Create and post a minimum of three high-quality static posts weekly.
- Set up and monitor Facebook lead-generation ads to maximise ROI.
- Maintain a centralised database of content assets, including images, videos, and written materials.
- As time permits, reach out to other podcasts for guest podcasting opportunities for Bernadette
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimise strategies.
