The Company Nurse / VA Support plays a dual role in ensuring the health and safety of WrkPod employees and supporting operational needs across departments.
The role involves providing immediate healthcare services, promoting wellness, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and performing administrative tasks to assist the Operations and Customer Success teams.
This position is critical to fostering a healthy, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
- Proven experience as a company or occupational health nurse (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee well-being.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Health Monitoring:
● Conduct regular employee health assessments and monitor workplace health trends.
● Administer over-the-counter medications for manageable conditions.
● Refer chronic or complex conditions to partnered physicians for further evaluation. - Emergency Care:
● Provide first aid for workplace injuries and illnesses.
● Coordinate transportation to the emergency room for severe cases and
accompany employees when necessary. - Health Promotion:
● Develop and implement wellness programs focusing on physical health and overall well-being.
● Host health awareness sessions and provide educational resources to employees. - Safety Compliance:
● Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure safety standards.
● Assist in developing and updating safety policies in compliance with DOLE and OSH guidelines.
● Lead safety drills in collaboration with HR Manager and Operations manager. - Injury Management:
● Manage workers’ compensation cases in coordination with Human Resources.
● Develop and oversee return-to-work programs, liaising with healthcare providers as needed. - Risk Assessment:
● Conduct health risk evaluations for workplace processes and recommend mitigation strategies. - Record Keeping:
● Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
● Prepare health reports for DOLE submission in adherence to OSH standards. - Multi-Site Health Support:
● Conduct regular rounds and on-site visits across all WrkPod locations to cater to employee health-related concerns.
● Provide on-site health consultations, assessments, and first aid at various WrkPod sites as needed.
● Coordinate and implement health-related activities, programs, and initiatives across multiple locations to ensure consistent health services company-wide.
● Act as the point-of-contact for all health and wellness matters across WrkPod sites in collaboration with HR and Operations teams.
