Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
- Virtual Assistant experience
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and technology in general
- Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience with Hubspot or MyProsperity
- Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience in the finance industry, particularly banking or accounting
- GREAT time management skills
- EXCELLENT attention to detail
- Able to take initiative
- Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding tasks related to a clients’ home loan
- Data entry into MyProsperity
- Management of clients’ financial information within MyProsperity, including categorization of income and expenses
- Diary management for the Financial Coaches, including setting appointments and appointment confirmation
- Reviewing client expenses, providing feedback on areas they can save
