We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to provide essential support, manage financial data, and coordinate schedules. Excellent English communication skills, virtual assistant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite are a must. Experience with HubSpot or MyProsperity and a background in finance are a plus. Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Virtual Assistant experience
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and technology in general
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience with Hubspot or MyProsperity
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have experience in the finance industry, particularly banking or accounting
  • GREAT time management skills
  • EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative
  • Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding tasks related to a clients’ home loan
  • Data entry into MyProsperity
  • Management of clients’ financial information within MyProsperity, including categorization of income and expenses
  • Diary management for the Financial Coaches, including setting appointments and appointment confirmation
  • Reviewing client expenses, providing feedback on areas they can save
