Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Success & Operations Manager to keep our projects running smoothly and our clients thrilled.
This is a hybrid role that blends customer service, project coordination, and website operations. You’ll work closely with both our Philippines-based team members and our U.S.-based clients, managing communication, assessing requests, organizing tasks, and ensuring every deliverable meets our high standards.
You’ll be the point of contact for client updates and website requests, assigning and tracking work across our team of developers and designers, reviewing their output, and sending thoughtful client updates via email, phone calls, text messages, and video (Loom) recordings. You’ll also help with WordPress updates and basic server management (we’ll provide training for those areas).

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Fluent in American English — both written and spoken (perfect grammar and confident spoken-English communication is essential).
- Friendly, professional communicator who can adapt to client and team needs.
- Experience working with both U.S. clients and Philippines-based teammates.
- Project or operations management experience, ideally in a digital or creative agency.
- WordPress experience is a plus (comfortable making updates and managing plugins).
- Familiarity with SEO and on-page optimization fundamentals is a plus.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and task management skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to self-manage without constant supervision.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients through email, phone calls, texts, and Loom videos, providing updates and friendly, professional support.
- Review incoming website and design requests to determine project scope and requirements.
- Assign and track tasks for the design and development team through our task management system.
- Lead quick team check-ins to keep priorities aligned and projects on schedule.
- Review and quality-check completed work before it’s sent to clients.
- Perform light WordPress updates such as content edits, plugin adjustments, and layout tweaks (training provided).
- Assist with server and hosting management (training provided).
- Keep project boards, documentation, and communication threads organized and up to date.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, systems, and client experience.
