Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is essential; experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail in tracking client progress and reporting.
- A proactive approach to client support and problem-solving, ensuring client needs are met promptly.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to client support emails promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Monitor client progress within our programs and maintain detailed records of individual achievements.
- Grow attendance to our events and calls, ensuring clients are actively participating and benefiting from our offerings.
- Conduct weekly reports on each client, including attendance and engagement metrics, and report significant updates to the CEO and Assistant.
- Facilitate efficient onboarding for new clients, ensuring they are well-integrated into our systems.
- Ensure all monthly payments are met by Individual Clients (IC) and follow up on funding for new members.
- Maintain consistent communication on Skool, fostering a supportive community environment.
- Follow up with new members to ensure they maintain momentum after events and calls.
- Create a welcoming and safe space for clients to approach with their needs and concerns.
