You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our company ensuring every student, attendee, and mastermind member feels valued, heard, and guided through their journey to success.

This is not a boring admin role. This is a people’s role full of energy, impact, and purpose. You’ll be part coach, part concierge, part problem-solver… and 100% obsessed with client happiness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Champion: Be the first point of contact for clients — answering questions, solving challenges, and turning every interaction into a world-class experience.
  • Engagement & Retention: Help clients stay on track with their programs and events, ensuring they get incredible results and remain raving fans for life.
  • Sales Support & Upsells: Confidently guide clients through renewal or upgrade conversations with empathy and subtle sales finesse.
  • Email & Inbox Management: Transform negative emails into positive experiences — you’re a pro at turning tension into trust.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure every new client feels celebrated and every graduating client feels appreciated and connected.
  • Community Vibe Leader: Bring fun, energy, and accountability to our online communities (Skool, Slack, etc.) — celebrate wins, spark conversations, and keep the vibe high.
  • Event Support: Be a key player during live events — greeting clients, assisting with check-ins, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
  • Feedback Loops: Collect testimonials, feedback, and insights to help us constantly improve the client journey.
