Client Services Manager

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Client Services Manager who will play a dual role in client support and financial services. This position will provide operational support to Advisers, manage client documentation, and assist with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates with strong foundational skills are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; additional certifications in accounting or tax are a plus.
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
  • Exposure to residential lending, mortgage broking, or banking is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, lenders, and team members.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Advisers; being their right-hand person.
  • Pre-screen loan applications including verification of various client documents.
  • Assess mortgage applications within credit guidelines – in support with the Mortgage Adviser / Loan Writer and Banks credit policy.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications.
  • Monitor the ‘fixed rate’ rollovers.
  • Negotiating rates liaising with Mortgage Adviser.
  • Writing clear and concise diary notes – in support with the Mortgage Adviser / Loan Writer.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaise with lenders, clients and related parties through the underwriting process through to settlement stage.
  • Manage CRM maintenance of client records.
