Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in Inventory Management or Data Entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and data entry tasks
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and a proactive approach to issues
- EXCEL PROFICIENCY IS A PLUS
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY IS A PLUS
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with Direct to Store Invoice Reporting and Verification
- Aid in Stock Inventory Reporting
- Support Warehouse Inventory Management
- Liaise with Stores and Suppliers on a Weekly Basis
- Assist with Monthly Orders
- Perform Data Entry and Documentation Tasks
