In this role, you will utilize your tech-savvy skills to streamline inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. As a crucial member of our inventory operations, you will play a pivotal role in completing inventory management and data entry tasks in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success of our buying team.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in Inventory Management or Data Entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and data entry tasks
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and a proactive approach to issues
  • EXCEL PROFICIENCY IS A PLUS
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY IS A PLUS
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with Direct to Store Invoice Reporting and Verification
  • Aid in Stock Inventory Reporting
  • Support Warehouse Inventory Management
  • Liaise with Stores and Suppliers on a Weekly Basis
  • Assist with Monthly Orders
  • Perform Data Entry and Documentation Tasks
