Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using various online platforms for lead generation and outreach, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Passion for sales and business development, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize lead mining platforms to identify and qualify potential leads
- Implement a structured framework to contact, engage, and convert leads into scheduled sales calls using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email
- Leverage AI software to optimize email outreach campaigns and improve lead conversion rates
- Follow up with leads to ensure attendance to scheduled sales calls and nurture relationships throughout the sales process
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth handover of qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business development and sales outreach
