Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar growth-oriented role.
- Location: Ability to work on-site at the designated co-working space in Dumaguete City.
- Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday (Australian business hours).
- Professionalism: High degree of self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to work independently under a contractor agreement.
- Technical Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical (maximum 3 absences/tardiness during the 6-month probation).
Job Responsibilities
- Growth & Sales: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market reach. Achieve a minimum KPI score of 85% and strive for monthly closed sales targets ($25k–$50k AUD).
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships with clients, distributors, and key industry players.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective growth strategies aligned with company sales goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure initiatives are synchronized and effective.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor data, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Reporting: Report directly to the designated manager (David Curran) and provide regular updates on sales pipelines and lead generation.
- Asset Protection: Ensure the security of company property.
